I need a Fast Weight Loss program and I mean really fast! You see I am about to attend a wedding of my sister in a month’s time and the problem was the dress we fitted some months back is now about 2 sizes smaller as I really grew big the last few months due to depression and anxiety and by the time I got back on track, I realized I had gained a good 20 pounds which I needed to shed within the next 3 weeks! The issue of weight loss remains a very interesting one at present. Poor weight management and in more serious cases, obesity, is something very common nowadays.
